Content Creator

Here at ThemeFusion, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Digital Content Creator that will fulfill 40 hours per week, and will receive a market competitive USD hourly rate. The Digital Content Creator we are searching for will create, research, develop, and deliver content ideas in a variety of digital formats and online platforms, including social media, to maximize ThemeFusion’s engagement with its key audiences, partners, and community.

This will include creating adapting materials or reporting on milestones and editorial events for the company’s various websites, social media accounts, marketing, and advertising projects to a high standard and agreed deadlines. As an exemplary brand ambassador, the Digital Content Creator will work closely with the Senior, Marketing, Design, and Documentation teams to produce and maintain a cohesive and progressive digital presence.

What will you be doing?

  • Research, report, assemble, and produce content for ThemeFusion’s various web channels, social media, aligned digital platforms, including newsletters, email, marketing campaigns, documentation, Blogging, advertising, and customer onboarding.

  • Deliver content to the highest standards and to agreed deadlines.

  • Identify opportunities and actively contribute with ideas to existing marketing campaigns and userbase growth, aligning with ThemeFusion’s business goals and generating value for its userbase and the wider community.

  • Contribute to the editorial planning calendar.

  • Work collaboratively across the Marketing, Design, and Documentation teams to maximize impact by using the right formats for the right platforms. This includes but is not limited to involvement in video initiatives, social broadcasts, graphics, online advertising campaigns, stakeholder initiatives, and ThemeFusions’s external partnerships.

  • Liaise closely with the companies Senior team to support efforts as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments, and external partners to understand needs, make sure relevant information is shared, and to avoid duplication.

About You

  • You will have excellent written and spoken English.
  • You will ideally have a background in marketing and a keen understanding of web-based technologies, like WordPress, etc.
  • You will have proven experience in content creation, to a high standard and agreed with deadlines.
  • You will have a consistent record in producing innovative ideas and with original approaches and treatment for existing online materials.
  • You will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing materials to drive user engagement and brand narrative.
  • You will have experience in using a variety of platforms and formats, including online communication tools (Skype, Github, etc.), social media native formats, newsletters, email marketing (IE: MailChimp), etc.
  • You will have a solid understanding of the impact and relationship between SEO and content delivery. You are ensuring that all content is developed in a manner that serves the strategic brand narrative and any retrospective changes to existing online content.
  • You will have outstanding storytelling abilities, creating engaging copy for marketing, advertising, Blog, social, and sales-related material.
  • You will have attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content that aligns with set editorial planning and brand growth.

  • You will have the ability to work effectively as a member of a team, performing to a brief, as well as a self-starter as a remote employee and maintaining a consistent work schedule.
  • You will have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people across various departments, and externally with stakeholders and partners.
  • You will have planning and organization skills; capable of handling multiple projects at a time and prioritizing these projects effectively and to agreed with deadlines.
  • You will have the flexibility and adaptability required in the face of changing priorities and circumstances within the online ecosystem and marketplace competitors.
