To Pass Accessibility: 1.3.1 Info and Relationships
The ID used for an element on the page is also used for another element on the page. ID’s must be unique.

How do I create unique ID for each. Reproduce: Requires the Search form next to Tagline and in menu to be turned on. https://webaim.org/ toolbar
