    Hi

    Standard content such as title, content/excerpt and featured image can be pulled into the Avada post card element using standard element like text/title element or image/post card image element
    All the elements in the post card documentation(and video) are still present and in use with the Avada Website builder.
    The Post card template library is for a prebuilt post cards and you would need to create your own post card (if needed) in your Avada library

    I do see you have valid support. It would help if you can reach support as they can easily check the source of your issue

    7.8 is the next planned release that is being worked on. This would be released soon. As with all releases, it is hard to have definite timeline (Can be a matter of few weeks to a few months)

    Hi

    Currently there is no way to trigger an off canvas based on radio option selected
    Perhaps you can show an email field (via conditional logic) when yes is selected and that can be extrapolated to your mailing list like mail chimp

    Can you make checks and see if your site is able to reach Avada servers by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Status, Screenshot here → https://tinyurl.com/y5q4ym4w. Any blocks should be reported to the host

    Also, please check with your hosts if there are no security rules in place that prevent outgoing connections

    Hi

    Generally this is due to cache or due to a JS error. JS error would generally causes issues in Animations loading (if the menu is using animations) and not allow the menu to show
    Cache on the other hand can cause CSS and JS errors by loading expired stylesheet and JS files. Try adding a random parameter to the URL link to see if this fixes it eg http://www.domain.com/?123 (?123 is the random parameter here). If it does, it is a cache issue and you should make check by disabling cache plugins

    Also do make some standard checks after making backups

    1) Can you to disable all third party plugins except Fusion builder and Fusion core and check if the issue still persists
    2) Disable any child theme and switch to the parent theme to check if the issue is resolved
    3) Ensure that you have no system values showing in red. You can check this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > System status. Please do ask your host to adjust any values that you see in red
    4) Clear the cache from Avada options, by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard > Avada > Theme options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS and JS and click on “Reset Avada caches”, Screenshot here. Please clear all server and browser cache post this and re-check the front end of your site in an incognito window
    5) Finally, please do ensure that you have all theme and bundled plugins updated to the latest version

    If you do see your support expired then you probably have not updated it via the support account. Please login to your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/

    Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see the option to “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now!”, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/ugqRoq2wyXj_
    Click on this and it should update your account

    The Avada update works well and there are no issues that relate to blank page. Such an issue would have been pretty obvious in any test

    You can try the following below after a backup

    Mostly this happens due to Cross origin error. Check if your site is set to https by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Settings ⇒ General. Check the WP and site URL. If your site is on https then ensure your url are also set to that
