If however, you need further assistance, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Both of you have valid support and should be able to open a support ticket with our team, please do that and our team will assist you accordingly, in the meantime please go to your Avada > Global Options > Builder Elements > Container and then make sure that all your values are placed accordingly and no field is left empty such as border radius and padding fields.

Can you please make sure that you are not using a custom layout? if you are using a custom header layout you maybe getting your logo from there and changing it on the Avada Global Options is not going to help, to learn more about custom layouts please check our article here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/video-tutorials/how-to-use-the-image-element-to-add-a-logo-into-a-header-layout-video/
This should help you out.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.
For more information please check the Envato regular license definitions here → http://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

If you are getting this error, it simply means that your hosting provider is not able to make a connection with our server to get the plugin(s) in this case what you can do is manually install the plugins by downloading them from our site, we have a very detailed article explaining it here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/installation-maintenance/plugin-installation-and-maintenance/#fallback-method-for-plugins
This should do the job for you in this case.

Regarding the responsive options set for typography, it is actually controlled globally in our theme and to check whether an option is supposed to work independently across different devices you will need to look for this icon on the field => https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnu0qE5D
Any option that does not show this icon is not supposed to work independently for specific device and will remain same across all the devices, in such cases you can always use our visibility system as mentioned here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/options/the-avada-visibility-system/
Secondly, regarding the responsive typography sliders, the first one that is “Responsive Typography Sensitivity” is actually just a scale where you decides how much responsive the headers should become on different screen sizes, to test how this works simply setup a header and then check the header on different sensitivity values, 0.1 being the least amount and 1 being the maximum you can get.
The second slider which is called “Minumum Font Size Factor” is actually used for calculating the minimum size your header font should be depending on the body font.
The formula to go here is
Minimum Font Size Factor * Body Font Size = Minimum Heading Size (for any of your header in order to be responsive)
This means that any header that is set less than this value will not have any responsive effect applied to it, so for example lets say that you want your H1 to be responsive, in order to do so you will need to see what body font size you have set currently, lets say that you have set it to 16px and your min font size factor is set to 1.5
1.5 * 16 => 24
24px should be the minimum size of your header in this case for the responsive typography to work on it, now you can change both values here either your font size factor or body font size to suit your requirements.
More information on this can be read here in our document post => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/options/responsive-headings/
There is a learning curve to every new feature but we have very detailed documentation on how the layout builder works in Avada here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/layouts/the-layout-builder/
If you have any issues with the layout builder, please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you with this further.

You can get a good idea on where the issue is coming from by just inspecting the console and taking a look into the errors that are available in it, please also double check that you have enabled the FontAwesome from Avada > Global Options > Advanced > Theme Features Tab

Sounds like an issue due to some form of cache (browser, plugin, server). Cache is great because it stores your theme files which helps speed up viewing. At the same time, this can lead to issues since it allows the browser to use old data. Thankfully there is an easy solution to this.
Please clear out any cache you are using and check to see if the issue is fixed. For information on how to clear bowser, plugin and server cache, please see this post => https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/general-cache-information/
