    EDIT: I fixed it. For some reason AVADA lost the registration for my AVADA license. I had to re-register the license to get everything to work again. Sigh…

    Well I just updated everything in Avada and my extremely simple one page website is completely broken. I cannot get anything to work. It is justa bunch of text on the screen now. I’ve been using AVADA for years since 2013 and have never had anything like this happen before. This makes no sense at all and I cannot fix it no matter what I do. How does this even happen. I am soooo upset right now. Updates should never break an existing persons website – that’s ridiculous. We pay for a template because we are not programmers. It is AVADAs job to ensure they don’t break our websites with their updates. What do I do now? I can’t even redo the page because it won’t let me use the builder anymore.

    Where do I go to see where my tokens are and how do I know which license they are attached too? Please help.

    I have 4 licenses. Initially 4 for clients but now 2 of the clients have shut down their sites. I can’t match the codes with the tokens. I want to use a grandfathered version but it won’t give me a token, keep getting 403 error. Now I have to contact my clients, ask them for their passwords, go in and check what tokens they are using – but even with that – where do I go to compare them? So stupidly confusing for no reason. The token should be part of the License Certificate when we purchase the product.
