Working with a newly bought WordPress and Avada but cant edit anything?

Hi yall,

I just bought Avada builder 7.8 and a new WordPress Pro. I can add the company colors but when I try to build with the Live fusion builder, everything looks like an old 90s site with no css. The same thing happens when I try to update global items too. When I try to edit via the pages, it’s just blocks of massive code spit out with no builder option. Blog posts are the same as well. All images uploaded are condensed immensely and are blurry.

Anyone else having issues with 7.8? I already put a ticket in but with the domain swap happening today/tomorrow I’m worried I’ll not have a proper site for a bit.
