WooCommerce Product Layout: can’t access WooCommerce Design Elements

Hey,

I’m trying to create a product page with my own layout design. I create a new layout in the layout builder. I assign it to a condition of a test blank page. I create a new content section and expect to see a selection of WooCommerce Design Elements to add like this image:

Instead I get the first bunch of elements, but none of the WooCommerce ones, as seen here:

And on Edit Live:

What have I missed? Any idea how I get the WooCommerce Design Elements to appear?

I reinstalled WordPress and then the Avada theme. Then installed WooCommerce through the Avada wizard. This seemed to do the trick.
