Trying to find where the settings for the theme options are saved in order to backup. Is it in a SQL database somewhere?masoud85ParticipantOctober 1, 2018 at 10:21 pmPost count: 2
I have the same question.
It looks like the Import/Export option is removed?pigsandbeesParticipantOctober 2, 2018 at 8:00 amPost count: 29Michael CKeymasterOctober 2, 2018 at 8:33 amPost count: 540
The Import/Export is indeed the easiest method of back-up. If you do need to access them in the database they are saved in the wp_options table with the option name of fusion_options. Note, this is saved as serialized data, so a standard search and replacement should no be ran.masoud85ParticipantOctober 2, 2018 at 9:17 pmPost count: 2Michael CKeymasterOctober 3, 2018 at 9:22 amPost count: 540
The import/export should be the very last item in the options. It isn’t possible to tell from the screenshot since it is cut off but the import/export has certainly not been removed in any update. Note, you also have active support so if it is indeed missing you can create a support ticket from https://theme-fusion.com/support/submit-a-ticket/

Good for people to know; We also had some problems with missing theme options.
Only difference: the theme options weren’t restored after a Direct Admin backup restore.
Cause: There was a emoticon in the theme options header content section. The database table contained that same icon in the database table of the theme options. We saved the theme options without this emoticon, made a backup and restored it and the theme options were restored correct also.
