When the template format (original pics and text formats) is corrupted/missing?

Do anyone know how I could get back the original Avada template (pics and text format) without whipping out all the content I had added/changed?

The original pictures (banners etc) and text formats seem to been corrupted during my updates. So the dream would be that I just could update the original photos and text formats without destroying any new text I added…

In my world, it seems logical that you could just refresh/return the original pictures and text formats, but even a partial restoring/reconstruction is helpful of course!
