Website is slow and bloated

My website is slow to load so I contacted my web host who had the following reply:

“I only noticed that the wp_yve5fy_options database table is now at 14 MB, which should normally be less than 10 MB. It is a bit bloated, and can sometimes cause an issue to the site. Most of its contents are from the _transient_fusion_dynamic_css_* data, which are created by the Avada theme. I would ecommend checking it with the theme developer, tp see if the _transient_fusion_dynamic_css_* data in the wp_yve5fy_options database table is safe to delete.”

Is this safe to delete? I’ve disabled and deleted any plugins that are unnecessary. Any other tips?
