    My website isn’t displaying properly after the recent update to 5.6.2

    The layout is all wonky. Buttons aren’t displaying properly. Columns aren’t working.

    Here is how it looks now: https://imgur.com/a/hUYDS3N or https://imgur.com/a/iLskYyk

    Website is: videoschoolonline.com

    Any ideas why this is the case and how to solve it?

    And just to clarify, I updated from 5.6.1. I had applied all of the previous patches. Fusion Core is v3.6.2

    I believe I figured it out. Looks like it was a caching plugin issue. Weird, because I tried to purge the cache before and it was still having issues. But looks like it worked itself out now.

    Hi @videoschoolonline

    Having checked your site it looks fine on this end -> https://d.pr/free/i/G83G1I – and yes, it will have been cache. After updating your theme and/or WordPress it is imperative that you always clear your cache plugins and browser cache as well

    FYI, you have valid Avada Grandfathered support as explained here -> http://bit.ly/2J3dQw2 – next time you need assistance or guidance please do create a ticket and our team will gladly help

    Struggling with the same issue and my site is currently a mess. How do you clear the plugin cache?

    Hi @avella

    Check your plugins settings for that and double check the detailed and comprehensive update instructions:

    Updating from an old version of Avada? -> http://bit.ly/2AHpT3k

    Important Update Info -> http://bit.ly/2nbcpDb

    How to Update -> http://bit.ly/2nbFtuj

    Fusion Patcher -> http://bit.ly/2KqtCBL

    Avada Change log -> http://bit.ly/2ndA9XB

    Something else that is important is to also ensure any patches that our team releases between update cycles are applied as part of ongoing maintenance for your install and always clear your cache plugins post update

    Patches are applied at the click of a button as explained in this help file -> http://bit.ly/1NAWVwM

    Thank you kindly

    we went through all those steps and update once we are notified of a patch or update. we believe that there is a bug in your latest update. I’d have a look at that on your end.

    I agree with avella. I have experienced the same issues. content boxes are not loading and things are not working properly

    I am afraid that without more information it is not possible to say what the issue is. If you have active support (@Restech220 you do) then please submit a ticket with the necessary details to check. Otherwise please also ensure that you have cleared all caches (that depends on what you have running, so again its not possible to say).

    Please also note @avella that we most certainly do check all releases on our end before releasing. We also constantly monitor support for any bugs. So far there has been no bugs relating to CSS generation and the latest update. Most likely if there are problems with it, then it is due to extra cache or minification being added (eg from a plugin) or the update instructions which Michael has already posted not being followed.
