    My website analyticip.com plays video on Fusionbuilder mobile and works, but an actual website it doesn’t play on mobile, just shows grey background.

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    I have a bit different but similar issue so i’m not sure if I need a new thread. I have a self-hosted .mp4 that is auto play on desktop but on mobile it says VIDEO PREVIEW IMAGE.

    I assume it is looking for me to add a feature image. Is there no way to have the video play on mobile like on desktop?

    Hi Avada team,

    This is very important problem for my site. I have video-courses, where videos are hosted on Dropbox. I recently updated Avada version (it used to be the old one with your old logo) and all my videos stopped working on mobile devices. I tested it in Mobile Safari on iOS and they don’t play anymore. Instead they appear in a grey video player block (although with all video player buttons).

    My videos are embedded in code block in format:

    <video width=”100%” height=”500″ controls controlsList=”nodownload”>
    <source src=”https://www.dropbox.com/s/name_of_my_video.mp4?raw=1&#8243; type=”video/mp4″>
    ?dl=0
    </video>

    @marklchaves: the mentioned attribute is already added by avada.

    Is it possible that there is no fix yet?
