    having issue in playing video on mobile view and also very slow to open mobile view.

    Hello @mohityadav

    If its a self hosted video you would not be able to play it on mobile, you will need to use the YouTube or Vimeo hosted video in this case, if however you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket as you do have a valid support.
