Hi. I have an issue that’s been driving me crazy for days. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the problem page: https://www.proconsultingllc.com/products/

On non-mobile browsers all works great. On Android devices all works great. The tabs appear in a single vertical column and when you click a tab the content appears below it.

But on an iPhone there is a problem when clicking on the tabs. The viewport appears to jump down the page so the clicked tab is no longer visible and half of the content is above the viewable area. You have to scroll back up the page in order to view the top of the content for the tab that was clicked.

What I think is happening is that when the previously open content is set to ‘display:none’ (when the new tab is clicked) that space that’s been removed/closed causes the new content to jump up. Thus you have to scroll up to see the beginning of the new content. How would I prevent that from happening? thanks!

    Hi @hangwire,

Your tabs worked beautifully for me on an iPhone 6s.

I ended up getting an answer from Avada support which provided a workaround:

“This is actually a known issue to us and the reason is quite close to what you have explained already. As the tab above collapses, it pulls the content below (up) due to which the content goes out of the viewport. Currently, we do have GIT for this and we are working on improving this further. You would see a similar issue with toggles.
I would suggest that you please consider using toggles for the smaller screen and ensure that toggles is selected in the element and not accordion, Screenshot here —> http://tinyurl.com/y3peky8a. This prevents every toggle from collapsing.”
