    Hi all,

In my site, I am adding a slider to each post, and I actually name the sliders Article-XXXX and the slides Article-XXXX-1 and so on, where XXXX is the post ID.

Is there any way of retrieving that post ID so the slider gets automatically populated instead of having to scroll up and down until I find the correct one?

    Thanks,

    Ed

    Hi @emarinuk,

I assume you’re referring to the Avada Page Options > Sliders > Select Avada Slider dropdown in the Avada Builder editor?

If so, there might be a couple of approaches to do this. For me, the low-hanging fruit is using JavaScript.

Here’s a working demo based on HTML snippets from one of my Avada posts in Avada Builder.

That code works in my local dev. Tweak the JS as needed.

Shout if you have any questions.
