Updated to Avada 5.8.2 Issues with Fusion Builder

I am currently experiencing issues (no clicking ability, can’t edit, etc) with utilizing the fusion builder in my site. I am currently running Avada 5.8.2 on WordPress 4.9.9. In order to regain utilization of these functions, do i need to upgrade my WordPress version to 5.1?
