Update registration from token to purchase code takes forever and does nothing

Hi everyone, i upgraded my website from avada 6.x to the latest version, it is asking for the purchase code instead of the old token.
Here’s the problem, I c/p the purchase code but it keeps loading forever with no response.

I tried deactivating the child version of the theme (as suggested in a thread i found on the web) but nothing changes. How can I solve this?

Alright, can you please inspect your site and disable the JS for a while and then try to register again once, also please disable all your 3rd party plugin(s) and do the same, it could be happening due to some JS error on your site.
