Unwanted border on some elements and strange behavior after update to 7.9

I noticed quite a few issues after upgrading to 7.9. such as, for example, adding borders to individual elements, resetting global options, problems with the mega menu, etc…What are your experiences?

Hello!

The problem with borders is a rather bad CSS selector introduced by WordPress block styles, which will target a lot of elements (like forms) that it should not target. If you don’t need the block styles on your site, you can simply turn them off in Global Options > Advanced > Features: https://i.imgur.com/0f5Y7O8.png. Then the border will disappear again.

Global Options should not reset and we have no other reports about it.
