    When I try to use various elements (eg checklist or alert are the ones I’ve tried) I cannot save, cancel or close the content. Only way to get out is to refresh page

    I seem to only be able to use text editor element?
    WP is 4.9.6
    Avada is 5.1.6

    the solution was to upgrade the avada and then worked fine

    Something else that is important is to also ensure any patches that our team releases between update cycles are applied as part of ongoing maintenance for your install and always clear your cache plugins post update

    I have the same problem after WordPress update. When I try to modify some elements I can’t save, cancel or exit. I have Avada 5.2.2 and WordPress 4.9.8

    Hi @gabrielepiersimoni

    If you are running Avada 5.2.2 then you should update to the latest version first. Then if you still have problems test with plugins disabled.

    I have same trouble…my avada version is 5.0.5 and the fusion builder version is 1.0.5 and fusion core 3.0.5
    I was download latest version fusion builder from login member in theme-fusion. I download fusion builder version 1.7.2 and fusion core 3.7.2.
    I was delete old version fusion and replace with the latest plugin i download but the problems not fixed.
    I still can’t click button save, exit or x when edit container.

    I think Avada must the old user to renew the lisence and this is very bad.

    I have the same problem!
    All of the plugins are deactivated. I have Avada Version 5.2.2, still the same problem from months.
    It is annoying beause that is the purose of using Avada, simplicity. But now it seems, we need to search additional plug ins that serves the same purpose but may slower the site.

    Any advice how to fix it?
    And yes, WordPress is also updated.

    Could you suggest which version or version combination of Avada and WordPress could work? When I started to use Avada, I hadnt have any problems.

    Hi @timarim01. 5.2.2 is not the latest version of the thee (5.7.2 is at the time of writing). So if you are having problems the first thing you should do is update the theme, Fusion Core and Fusion Builder.

    it sounds like you are mixing an old version of Avada and new version of Fusion Core and Fusion Builder. That should not be the case. If you are updating the plugins you should be updating the theme first.

    I had this problem before and now again. I can not save anything, so I can not make changes in existing pages. There are NO updates I can do (I have the latest version). I have disabled plugins etc.
    AVADA should fix this soon.
