Unable to Change Size of Title

I am unable to change to size of a title. Under display options I select the full range of size options (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6), one at a time, and nothing changes on the front end. I also have tried changing the size of the text from the dropdown in the text box (Paragraph, Header 1, Header 2, Header 3, etc) and again no size change in the text on the front end. Is it possible to change the size of the text in a title?

Are you using a caching plugin that may be loading cached versions of the page(s)?

I am using the plugins Autoptimize and W3 Total Cache. I have tried deleting the cache on both plugins and then changing the size of the title but still I see no change in size on the front end.
