Something went wrong with the plugin API.
Tried to issue a support ticket but get a page that gives purchase code and requires the corresponding url. As I have purchased many copies of the theme, I am unaware of which url the purchase relates to, so am going in circles, would really appreciate your help.

Note, the hosting issue should be resolved now so if you retry it should work. Alternatively you can also try downloading from Support > My Account – Avada Plugins on this website.
