Top header border color cant be changed / reset

hello together,

i use on my website header 4 and i have tested and filled the top header with different colors.
and then i have seen, that the grey border-line has changed the color, became red or yellow, although i didnt changed.
how could that be ? how can i change the color ?
now i filled the top header with color white and now is the border to see in red and double-thick (see live + picture also).
is there something wrong with the code ?
how can i reset it ?

The header border color can be changed in Theme Options > Header – Header Style – Header Border Color

By the looks of your website that is being overridden by custom css in Theme Options > Custom CSS.

the custom css was the problem, made by a service i have paid weeks ago.
