I reinstall WordPress on my server and Avada theme can’t be registered sayting “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.”
Does anyone know how to solve this?Hello @d33shin
With our system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/

the same thing happened to me this morning, I tried to update my website and then I am surprised that my avada them is UNREGISTERED and I received this message “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.” Despite the fact I bought the theme with its purchase code. I think there is a problem in the platform, but the technicians are too busy to find a solution and solve it, even though they have received a lot of complaints about this issue.
In the comment above, @Ammar. S has already mention a way to address the issue. You can unregister the site via the Avada support account and then re-register it via the regular registration method in the site
In order to unregister a code from a site, you need to log into your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Once you are logged in, please click on the “Register purchase code” tab, Screenshot here → https://prnt.sc/ed-yKwtDIXmd

These option to register the code is not available for me. Is it possible that since I never registered them before support ended (2017) or that my account is too old that its a legacy account? I have two Avada codes I need to unregister as I have taken those domains offline and would like to use them on new ones.
Not sure if one of you all did something but it is showing up now. Thanks!
