    I installed Avada and a prebuilt site which was throwing up many 404 errors. I had no idea what went wrong, so I had to reinstall WordPress and activate Avada again.

    After a few times I was shown this error:
    “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.”

    I am surprised to know that Avada support is not available after 6 months, even for a license-related issue.

    I was activating the same website every time, No possible misuse can be there. Shouldnt the license be activated itself if I have not switched the domain?

    Do I need to pay for support for this totally artificial issue?

    Ok. I was able to unregister and then register from my theme fusion account.

    Hi Misha, I’m seeing the same issue after having reinstalled wordpresss several times. Where exactly did you unregister and register from the theme fusion account, was this within your wordpress instance or on the Envato or Theme Fusion site?

    Hello Everyone

    With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/

    HI I have a problem about my staging site.
    I registered main domain and staging site. It’s ok until my main domain has problem then reset.

    1. Main domina set –> show “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.”
    2. I find staging site still active, so unregister staging site and register purchcode again. –> Main domian ok to use.
    3. But the staging site-> dev.remixlight showed: The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve. –> I tried ungister staging again , there is no help. Still not work for staging site. Please check and how to slove this issue?

    Hello @Lightning007

    Can you please make sure that your main domain and staging domain are following the domain name as mentioned here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

    Also, when you re registering, please first register your main top level domain, once that is registered than you can go for registering the development / staging domain.
