    I tried to add the registration code after installing the theme in my website and it gives me this message:
    “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.”

    I goto Themefusion contact to ‘resolve’ but my Support Period has expired, which means I can’t contact Support in any way.

    Any ideas how to work around this?
    Is there a way to contact support for issues when the message itself tells you to “Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve”?

    Alright, I found the solution.

    You need to reset/unregister your purchase code from the Support> My Account> Purchase Code section.
    Unregister it from there and adding the purchase code to the new site will solve the issue.
