    This answer was apparently in the old forum. I could use an answer here, as I’m sure other might as well. My question, how do I make the Secondary Header in Avada sticky so that it and the main navigation will remain when the page is scrolled. Currently only the main navigation remains sticky.

    i’m using head v2.

    Standing by and thank you forum folks!

    I had this same question and submitted a support ticket. The response was:

    First, disable the Sticky Header in the section “Header->Sticky Header” of your theme options panel.

    Then, write the following code in the field Custom CSS:

    .fusion-header-wrapper {
    position: fixed !important;
    z-index: 99999 !important;
    top: 0 !important;
    width: 100% !important;
    }
    #wrapper {
    padding-top: 100px !important;
    }

    It worked however, some of my page content is disappearing behind the header. Hopefully this works for you.

    Sarah – thank you for this. Life saver. Maybe it will become an option in a future Avada release. It would be well worth it for many Avada users, I’m sure.

    I wonder if AVADA is having or planning a real solution on this as for me this works just half way because I am using a transparent Header and I need the sticky header with the colour background and Font colour change.

    Hi Guys,

    This is a second solution, without having to disable the sticky header from Avada Settings, as I had the problem with that.

    .fusion-secondary-header {
    position: fixed !important;
    top: 0 !important;
    width: 100% !important;
    display: block !important;
    z-index: 980000 !important;
    }

    .fusion-header {
    padding-top: 45px !important;
    }

    .fusion-header {min-height: 168px !important }

    I have tested this on the AVADA latest version 5.9
    You might have to readjust your “@media only screen” CSS.
    Also be aware that if you test this while logged in it might not show due to the admin bar!

    I want to thank ABBAS from the Avada support team for coming up with this solution.

    Cheers
    Daniel
