My site uses the side header option and has the main menu below the logo header. I have normal footer selected – no special effects like sticky.
When page content extends off the bottom of the screen the side-header-wrapper matches the content height. This happens even if the content for the margin is shorter than the content.
However, if page content is short and the footer is displayed the side-header-wrapper collapses to fit its own content leaving an unsightly gap below.
