Hi guys,
I have two forms, one for desktop and one for mobile. Both are NOT in a contact page, but at the end of a one page site. I cannot find anyway to configure an email address where to send the form submissions. I am not using the contact template, so I’m lost. I’m must be missing something, but I need help.

Mobile vs desktop, you’ll have to create two elements and configure one to show on desktop, and the other to show on mobile/tablet. Each with the appropriate forms selected.
Notification Emails:
At the bottom of the form, look at the notification section. Create a notification email, and configure it.
Pro tip:
You can leave the email body blank, this will just spit out all the submitted fields.
You can also use the field identifiers in the email subject, for example: New Message from [email-address].
