Save and Cancel Buttons Can't be Clicked

Helo,
I have been using AVADA for more than 1 year. I have no problems with the theme before, but today when I’m trying to update the widget in Fusion Builder for unknown reason, the save and cancel buttons at the bottom of the widget area can’t be clicked. I’m using Avada 5.0.6 & Fusion Builder 1.0.6.

I read on another thread: https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/fusion-builder-widget-area-save-cancel-buttons-broken/ it already solved through the support ticket. But since my support is already expired, I’m hoping someone here could help me solve the problem. Thank you ^_^

Hi @lala_ina

Do you need to update your theme to the latest version, which right now is Avada 5.6.1? Also check for 3rd party plugin conflicts and that the update is performed correctly.

Something else that is important is to also ensure any patches that our team releases between update cycles are applied as part of ongoing maintenance for your install and always clear your cache plugins post update
