Replace Burger Menu on mobile device with scrollable horizontal or text menu?

I dont really like the normal menu on mobile devices with the classical burger button

Is it possible with Avada theme to create something like this?
Tabbed Menu with more button like Facebook
Or this
Srollabel menu

This looks similar to googles menu
