Remove + symbol side navigation from site/global

There is a + symbol navigation on all the pages, we want to remove it. I can find nothing in your forums, docs, or on line, anywhere. I have searched all menu options from Avada>options>menus, appearance>customize, appearance>menus. It is displaying the wrong contact info and I can find nowhere to change/remove it. Please advise

the content of this can be found as a widget and that’s where it can be updated.

In the wordpress backend go to:

Appearance > Widgets

on this page there will be something called

Sliding Bar Widget 1

or something similar in the middle bottom of the page. This is where the content is for the sliding section.
