Related Posts settings ignored after update to 7.9

Hi
I just updated from 7.8.1 to 7.9.1 and now it seems the related posts settings are being ignored. After briefly (for less than 1s) showing the related posts correctly as per my settings (4 posts, auto image size, autoplay) the display changes to 2 posts with images in the wrong aspect ratio and the carousel controls not working. See at the bottom of:

I have cleared the cache and tried Chrome and Firefox, both have the same issue.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

Issue on your website is most likely caused by one of the following items. Please perform each item below to see if it fixes your issue.

1. Deactivate all plugins that were not included with Avada theme
2. Remove all custom CSS code from theme options and customiser
3. If using child theme, please switch to parent Avada to see if that fixes it.
4. Make sure to clear plugin, fusion and browser cache after each step.
