Hi,
I have been using the Avada theme for the last 4 years, and suddenly I noticed that my site is not updating its plugins as there is a registration error. I have tried to re-register it with the purchase code, but it says that “The purchase code is already being used on another domain”, however, I am only using this Avada website on a single domain and it’s a single user purchase.
Can anybody help me with it,
Thanks & Regards,
Nitesh
Hello Nitesh
Thanks for contacting us, I hope you are having a good day! this is Ammar and I am Customer Ambassador at ThemeFusion.
With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to your support account and removing the domain from there and click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/
Thanks
Hello,
To solve this problem:
Login to your account in Theme-fusion.https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Manage the “Registered Purchase Codes” there by registering or unregistering whatever domains/ IP address/ website you want.
Thank you,
NahlaThis problem needs to be solved from the theme-fusion account by managing registration codes.
Are you saying you can only use one website per perches of the theme?
Yes, according to Envato’s licensing terms and conditions, you need a license per top-level domain install of the theme, and regardless of whether you use a WordPress multisite install or not -> https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Also, have a read through the Avada Registration Q & A – https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/
Thank you kindly

Hello. Please unlink the domain from the purchase code to re-install the Avada theme.
Unfortunately the update of the theme harmed me and I need to solve it urgently. I have no way to pay for support, as it would be like buying again the product I already have and I hope that the fix is made by customer service, since the problem is with the product and not about support for adjustments and installation. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to hearing from you soon.Thanks. I was able to find the way and resolve the issue through the user account by unlinking the domain.
Hello @Eschines de Andrade Filho
Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved, for anyone else seeing this issue please make sure that you have reset your Purchase code as mentioned earlier.

Hi, I’ve got my code registered on a website that does not exist anymore, how do I unregister it? I followed all the steps but on my theme-fusion dashboard there’s no option as shown in this picture…
Ok, found the right link, if anyone needs it: https://theme-fusion.com/support/purchase-codes/
