I have two licences for two websites.
One works normally.
On the other site, the code is rejected with the message that the code is used on another site (which is not).
I have well checked that the two codes are differents (they are).
Impossible to get the support (more than 6 months) and I don’t want to pay a support for that!
Where can I get help from Avada to solve that problem?
Thanks for your help.

With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2

Thank you so much for your quick answer.
The explanation was that the licence was attached to the provider site bizarre name. As I joined my regular domain name to the provider’s site, the licence didn’t recognize it.
Thank you again!
