Re-captcha working in background (not visually)

Does anybody have an idea how (with Avada and ContactForm7) how to make Re-Captcha working but then without the “ugly” robot button so that it works in the background and/or only shows if someone is trying to insert multiple emails after each other or something like that.
Bottom line that it looks more nice and security/spam protection is done more in the background.

Apparently it is possible to “hide’ re-captcha: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/invisible but I do not understand based at this info how to change this on avada/contactform7.

I am not a developer so please explain in an easy way 🙂

Another captcha/spam protection that works in background is also fine does not per se needs to be recaptcha.

I have also example site where I want to change it, it is build on wordpress/avada.
