Push slider down below header

I’m using the non-profit demo and am attempting to push the slider down below the header. What settings do I need to manipulate to box the slider in below the header?

Whether the header will overlay the content or not depends on the header background color transparency. This can be inherited from the page options if set, or the theme options if not set.
