Hi there, I’ve tried this theme several times, but now I when I want to use it I cant register. It says “The purchase code has been registered too many times. Please contact ThemeFusion to resolve.” What should I do now, I need to activate this theme now, for starting my project. Thanks

That is different from the purchase code being locked, With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/

One Avada purchase code is only meant to be used with a single domain at a time, any purchase code that is being used on multiple domains is auto locked by our registration system and this is explained here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/
If your support is expired and you have a locked purchase code, it needs to be evaluated by our team further before it is available to be used, this will require everyone to reach out to our support.
