Product tags showing blank pages

Hello, this is a problem we have for a long time now. Our product tags showing in our product pages are not working, they don’t show a broken page but instead a blank page with no products related with that tag. I deactivated all the plugins on staging to check if any was causing an issue but it wasn’t working still. I activated the WordPress theme and the tags were working there so I don’t know what could be the problem or what it could be causing that issue. Any help would be much appreciate it.

Still no resolution or response in over a year. Have you figured out the issue?

Not sure if you guys still have the issue. But check the Avada Layout builder and see if one of those layouts is associated with product tags. If so just remove this and your tags will work again.
