Now, i see the code. I clear cache but always return…
For example : ” become »
And i see :
</p><p><img src="//www......../wp-content/uploads/2021/06/2017-cover.png" alt="»" width="»300″" height="»355″" /></p>
When I save, it disappears from the first but comes back to some.ShaminderKeymasterApril 13, 2022 at 3:57 pmPost count: 140
It would really depend on where you are seeing the code. You do have valid support and it would be helpful to reach out to Avada support so that the issue can be checked in detail
Note that the Avada community forum is primarily for a user to user interaction.
If you would like hands-on assistance here, please register for support and create a support ticket as explained here → https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/avada-theme-support

We’re having the same problem on our site. If we update any content with toggle boxes, they start showing the HTML code.AdilParisParticipantApril 14, 2022 at 7:07 amPost count: 4

We have released a patch for this issue:
#420508 – Apr. 13, 2022
Prevent incorrect child element encoding after back-end builder edit.
The problem occurs when a child element is edited using the back-end builder. Other child elements within the same parent element become escaped. Note, the patch only prevents this from happening again. For content which has already been escaped the content will need to be edited and re-saved.limevalleyParticipantApril 14, 2022 at 4:02 pmPost count: 2
I applied patches #420508 and #420511, reset the Avada Caches and I’m still getting the issue.
I tried rebuilding the toggle element entirely from scratch and it didn’t fix the issue.AdilParisParticipantApril 15, 2022 at 7:20 amPost count: 4
Thanks Mickael C but same thing : I tried rebuilding the toggle element entirely from scratch and it didn’t fix the issue.AdilParisParticipantApril 15, 2022 at 7:23 amPost count: 4

I’m having the same problem I’ve saved quite a few times and the problem doesn’t go away. Do I need to install patches #420508 and #420511 first?Michelle WynantParticipantJune 30, 2022 at 7:16 amPost count: 2Ammar. SKeymasterJune 30, 2022 at 3:31 pmPost count: 2253
We do not have this issue in our Avada Website builder so this could be due to some 3rd party factors, most probably a 3rd party plugin, can you please try removing every plugin except Avada Core and Avada Builder and check this again from a new incognito tab?

I have the latests version, no cache or plugin issues and still a problem with nested accordions.
My goal is to have an image that trigger an accordion that opens with different topics. These topics then have their own accordions for subtopics.
I have not succeeded in creating an accordion in another accordion via the Backend Builder (tried various tips about nested columns). It has previously been possible to create dedicated multi-level mobile menus like this. Does anyone have a workaround?
I´ve contacted support, but maybe someone in this thread have a solution (if support finally claims everything is working as expected)?
