Avada Forums Community Forum Problems with Avada and orders in "pending payment" mode

    Hello there!

    Since yesterday, I’m having some issues with Avada/woocommerce

    I see an error when I go to Fusion Patcher page… it displays “The ThemeFusion patches server could not be reached. Please contact your host to unblock the “https://updates.theme-fusion.com/” domain.”
    What does it means? I have to contact my hosting, or it’s a sort of a bug?
    I’ve purchased Avada some time ago and my support is expired, but I don’t know if this caused the error.

    Apart this issue, that seems “unharmful”, I have another problem: when a customer submit an order, I receive the money via Paypal, but the order is marked as “pending payment”. Is this problem related with the other?
