PROBLEMS AFTER UPDATE TO 6.1.2 FROM 5.9.1

1. Counter boxes won’t animate after theme update. Counter boxes remain at 0 and do not count up to the number specified.

2. Content box icons not showing.

These problems occurred immediately following a theme update from 5.9.1 to 6.1.2. I have disabled all third party plugins and most of the optional plugins that came with the theme.

Problem solved with recent update to Fusion Core and Fusion Builder.

Were your Fusion plugin updates showing up the entire time? Mine aren’t even showing so that I can update.

No. I was troubleshooting this problem for hours before the prompt came to update the Fusion Core and Fusion Builder.

Current versions:
Fusion Core v4.1.2
Fusion Builder v2.1.2

Can you please clear your fusion caches from Avada > Theme Options > Performance Tab and check again? also you can use our alternate method to download and install the plugins and you can read all about it here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/install-update/demo-plugin-offloading/#fallback-method-for-plugins.
