Problem with "user login" element

When I tried to connect via the user login element, I’m redirected to wp-login.php, and I have a “Link expired” message, but finally I’m connected…

Wordpress 4.9.8 Avada 5.7

Hi all,

Also having this issue WordPress 6.0.1 // Avada 7.8.1 (both are newest versions) – I haven’t had issues before with Avada, but now just started using the User Login design element 1.5 years after purchase, and unfortunately I can’t submit a ticket anymore. Since others are having the same issue, is there any way to release information on what the fix would be?

All the information online about this issue relates to uploading files – but that’s not the problem I’m having, that has never been a problem. I have no idea what can be the cause of the issue, please any help would be greatly appreciated.
