I want to submit a new support ticket. However I get an error saying the support period has expired. However after checking EvatoMarket, it says that I have still 6 months left?
Same thing happened to me a year or so ago. I reported it directly to Avada and they fixed it right away. I am personally very happy with your customer service.

If you are seeing this issue, you might need to apply the support extension again from the support account, you can read all about how to do this here => https://bit.ly/3iF5dvK
However I have refreshed your Support and you should be able to open a ticket now without any issues.
