Avada Forums Community Forum Problem updating Layer Slider and Slider Revolution

    While trying to update these two plugin i get this message:

    Following data will be sent to a ThemeFusion server located in the US to verify purchase and to ensure that plugins are compatible with your install.
    Token: MyTOken

    We will never collect any confidential data such as IP, email addresses or usernames.

    Any clues?

    It very much sounds like the same issue (the API message will be under that other notice).

    Note, the hosting issue should be resolved now so if you retry it should work. Alternatively you can also try downloading from Support > My Account – Avada Plugins on this website.

    Yes its almost same issu as the other thread.

    I still get same message..

    LayerSlider got updated thought, but Slider Revolution didnt.

    I will do it manually then…

    Oh god…. When i got to download Avada plugins I get this error now:

    A temporary error has occurred. If the problem persists, please visit my.wpengine.com or check our status blog for updates.

    Therefor I cant download the plugins, so i cant update them in the website.
