    Hello there,

After trying to import prebuilt “Influencer” website, I get this error request^

“Demo import failed. Please check for PHP limits in red on the Status page. Change those to the recommended value and try again.”

However, everything is green on status screen and all limits set waaay beyond the limits.

Is import feature broken currently? I don’t want to use alternate method as it will rewrite everything, it’s not an option.

    Thank you.

UPD: It seems importing images broke the entire process. It is possible to import all parts separately but choosing “Images” or “All” which includes images as well, results in error mentioned above.

Guys, please fix importing images on your side.

    Hello @Kilusonak

Please tell me which demo are you trying to import in this case?
I will try and replicate it on my personal site.

    Thanks

I am using the restaurant demo and I get “WP Remote Post: wp_remote_post() failed. Some theme features may not work. Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify is not blocked.” error. Please help.

    Hello There

if the wp_remote_post() is failing for you, that simply means that you need to contact your hosting provider about this, you can also in the meanwhile simply use our alternate method to import any demo of your choice, this method will work for you if the server has any issues.

    More info => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/prebuilt-websites/alternate-import-method/

    Thanks

Change those to the recommended value and try again.”.. but it seems to happen to all people, so the problem is in your side, please let us know how to fix without use alternative method because I don’t want to reset my entire site.. thank you!!!

Having this same issue and can’t install using the All-in-On plugin. Has there been any resolution? Bluehost insists it is Avada developer’s fault. I’ve seen multiple threads with the same issue and the only solution being offered is the alternate demo install method, which completely wipes all files, and didnt work for me – had to start from scratch.

    Hello @092098jvm

I have been using BlueHost since 7 years almost and my testing site is hosted there where i have to do multiple demo installations without any issues, if you simply open a support ticket with our team we will check why this is not working as expected for you.
