    I currently have Timeline selected and Infinite Scroll, but what I want to be able to do for authors is to load the entire timeline all at once at page load. Can’t find anyway to do this in the settings, but I’m hoping there’s some way to customize this. Anyone know how this can be done?

    Nevermind, easiest way turns out to be very simple: just change “Blog pages show at most” to a large number, under Settings -> Reading.
