I created a popup, all settings seem correct, but the popup cannot be closed on mobile phones, it works on tablet and desk. Does anyone know the problem?Tanzania web InsightsParticipantAugust 9, 2022 at 1:32 pmPost count: 3Ammar. SKeymasterAugust 10, 2022 at 12:20 pmPost count: 2345
Hello @Tanzania web Inishgts
I have checked and I can actually close the popup just fine using my iPhone 13 Pro, can you please check this from a different phone in this case?

I am having the same issue on my iPhone 13. The close button changes colors, but will not actually close.Ammar. SKeymasterAugust 31, 2022 at 1:12 pmPost count: 2345WebsiParticipantSeptember 9, 2022 at 12:12 pmPost count: 6
I’m having the same issue on iPhone SE 2020
EDIT: After disabling plugins, i found out this is a conflict with W3 Total Cache plugin. However i would really like to keep this plugin enabled.
Maybe some specific setting in W3 Total Cache can be switched to get this to work aswell? If someone from the future has an answer i’d be glad to hear about it.WebsiParticipantSeptember 9, 2022 at 12:32 pmPost count: 6
I’ve found the solution.
In W3 Total Cache you should go to “Cache Groups” (literal translation – not sure it is correct) and active tablet and phone. Make sure you also select the Avada theme with this setting.
Solved the problem for me.
