Avada Forums Community Forum New Avada license won’t register

    I just bought a new license for a new website, and when I go to register, this is the message I get…

    “Envato API did not respond. Either the purchase code is incorrect or the API is temporarily unavailable.”

    Furthermore, when I try to file a support ticket, it says that my support period has expired. I had just bought a license in September for another site, so this is nonsense.

    When I go to the page that shows all my licenses, it does indeed indicate that I have 1 year of support remaining from today, since I just bought a new license today.

    Same here… Just bought, purchase code throws error and themefusion account tells me that my support ended at Jan 1 1970

    Please make sure that you have registered all of your purchase codes within your Avada support Dashboard as explained here > https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/register-for-support/#registerenvatocode

    Once logged into the support account, navigate to the “Purchase Codes” tab, scroll down and click the “Recently Renewed? Apply Extension Now” button > https://d.pr/i/OcKpGa – This will ensure that purchase codes are validated, and that will then be applied to your support account.

    Your support is active, and that is confirmed. Log out of your account, clear your browser cache, and then log back in.
