Avada Forums Community Forum Need help with a bug

    Hello,

    I’m writing here because I don’t really know how to do this.

    I had 2 websites using avada that closed more than 6 months ago, I recently recreated a website and I used one of these 2 keys locally to make my site, and now that I’m running it on my domain I’m getting an error message telling me that my key is registered on another domain. (obviously I unregistered from my old domain locally)

    So I tried the key of the other site and same message. I thought I would contact the support to report this bug but I have to pay to contact them for a bug that is not my fault…

    Does anyone have an idea to help me please?

    Hello @Nosama

    With our registration system your domain is actually bound to the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the same domain, or you want to check different prebuilt websites after resetting Avada installation, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://bit.ly/3W9xxbO also click on “Unregister” button on your Avada dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3HJ0qr2
