More-Tag not working

Hello,

I have the following questions where I need your help:

1) Where can I set that the topic uses the “more-tag” / the tag works? I would like to have the description text of the category not shown completely, but collapsed. Unfortunately the more-tag does not work.

2) If I create a new design for a category page with the Layout Builder, how can I have the text I enter under “Description” when creating the category displayed?
